1. General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to OYU! These terms guide your use of our 100% online K-beauty platform and your participation in our promotions, rewards programs, and special offers.

• Agreement: By accessing our website or participating in any OYU promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Updates & Changes: OYU reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any part of the website, promotions, or services at our sole discretion without prior notice.
• Promotions & Gifts: All offers, promotions, and rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. Actual product contents, images, and values may vary.
• Fair Play: We want to keep OYU a safe and fair community. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and to refuse or cancel any order or participation deemed fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

2. Opening Launch Promotion

• Promotion Overview: The Opening Launch Promotion is available to new members who join OYU during the promotional period.
• Welcome Offer: New members will receive either a $10 voucher or 1000 reward points upon joining. The voucher is valid for use on orders over $49. Only one welcome offer is available per customer.
• Welcome Gift With First Order: The first 1000 registered members will receive a welcome gift pack valued at $25 with their first completed order. A minimum order value of $49 applies. Limit of one gift per customer. Offer is available while stocks last.
• Bonus Gift Draw: OYU will randomly select 200 eligible members from the registered members to receive a premium gift pack valued at $75. To be eligible, members must follow OYU on at least one official social media platform. Eligibility must be maintained at the time of draw. Only one entry per customer will be considered. Selection will be conducted at random and results are final. Winners will be notified via email. OYU reserves the right to verify eligibility including social media follow status.
• General Promotion Conditions: Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise stated. If an order is refunded or cancelled and no longer meets the promotion conditions, any associated gifts may be required to be returned. If the gift is not returned, OYU reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund.

3. The OYU Rewards Program

We love giving back to our community! The OYU Rewards Program allows our members to earn and redeem points on eligible purchases and fun activities.

• Earning Points: You will earn a massive 9 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. You can also earn bonus points through selected activities:
  • Log in for 7 consecutive days to score 106 bonus points.
  • Leave a verified Google Map review for up to 500 points.
  • Follow OYU on our official social media for 100 points. (Note: OYU reserves the right to verify all activities before awarding points.)
• Points Value: 1 reward point equals 1 cent. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• Redeeming Points: Treat yourself! Points may be redeemed on eligible purchases at checkout. Minimum spend or specific redemption conditions may apply.
• Program Changes & Expiry: OYU reserves the right to introduce expiry dates for reward points or to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.

4. Website Terms of Use

• Our Platform: This website is operated by OYU as a 100% online business. By using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account details and password safe. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account. OYU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
• Orders & Pricing: All orders are subject to acceptance by OYU. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, if a pricing or description error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it at any time. For order-specific inquiries, please contact orders@oyu.au.
• Product Information: Our product descriptions and images are provided for general information. While we curate the best K-beauty products for sensitive skin and everyday glow, actual product packaging or appearance may vary.
• Intellectual Property: All content on this website is the property of OYU. Please do not reproduce or use any of our content without prior written consent.
• Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites linked from our store.

• Liability & Governing Law: To the maximum extent permitted by law, OYU is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.
